Thank you for choosing Elephant Spices. We take pride in delivering high-quality spices and ensuring that every order reaches you in perfect condition. As our products fall under consumable food items, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure safety and quality standards.

Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Refund Policy

🚫 No Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Refund requests will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Taste, aroma, or texture preferences

  • Incorrect selection of product or quantity by the customer

  • Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality

All purchases made are considered final.


2. Return & Exchange Policy

We allow returns or exchanges only if the product delivered is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Defective

  • Incorrect item delivered

Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.


3. Exchange Request Procedure

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.

  2. Provide:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • Clear images showing the damage/defect

  3. Once approved, our team will share return instructions and the return address.

  4. Repack the product securely in its original packaging.

  5. Ship the product back at your own cost.

  6. Include a note inside the parcel mentioning:

    • Name

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

⚠ A ₹100 shipping charge must be paid (or included) to cover forward shipping of the replacement product.


4. Inspection & Approval

After receiving the returned product:

  • Our quality team will inspect the item.

  • If it meets the eligibility criteria, a replacement will be dispatched.

  • If it does not qualify, the exchange request may be declined without further liability.


5. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following are strictly not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used products

  • Tampered packaging

  • Products without original packaging

  • Requests raised after 3 days from delivery

Due to food safety and hygiene standards, opened spice packs cannot be accepted under any condition.
